It’s a little chilly today and I. LOVE. IT.  Fall is here!  (not officially, I know)  So, since it’s Fall, I went to Indian Ladder Farms and got my favorite Honey Crisp apples:

I got a whole peck.  A peck equals this bowl times two.  Apples with caramel, apple crisp, just plain apples, here I come!  LOVE them.

And while I was there….

Who could resist apple cider and apple cider donuts?  Mmmmmmm. (Note to self: don’t take a picture of an item that is the same color as the background….)

And also, there are these:

Pumpkins and Cranberry Chutney candles.  I couldn’t find any candy corn yet, so I had to settle for the pumpkins, which are just as good in my book.

Wow, that was a lot of food related fall stuff.  Stay tuned for leaf pictures and other fall things…

In the meantime, here is my progress on my Glitz at the Ritz shawl:

Look at all those beads!  Don’t ask me why I thought this one tube would be enough for the whole shawl:

I only now looked at the directions and it says I need 600 beads.  I have no idea how many are in that tube, but I’m pretty sure it’s not 600 since I am only a third of the way done with the shawl.  So, I got two more tubes.  And don’t ask me why I didn’t look at the directions BEFORE I bought the first tube.  It’s one of those mysteries of how my brain works (or doesn’t).
